Developed in collaboration with Foster +Partners Industrial Design, the chair embodies a philosophy of simplicity, precision, and harmony. Its name, derived from the Japanese word for purity and natural simplicity, reflects the design intent: a chair that feels effortless, visually light, and naturally integrated within both the workspace and the people who use it.

Guided by controlled geometry and a clean aesthetic, MUKU is designed to reduce visual noise. It can exist seamlessness in the conference space while harmonizing with surrounding workspace. The chair integrates seamlessly into large-scale commercial workplaces, keeping a unified look throughout the office. MUKU is available in fully adjustable task, conference, and home-office versions.

Every detail has been considered, from the compact 15-degree recline mechanism to smooth rotational and dynamic tilting functions that create responsive comfort without unnecessary complexity.
